Director of the Clinical Strategy Department within the Clinical Science & Development Group

[Core Responsibilities]

- Manage the Clinical Strategy Department

- Provide overall leadership of medical writing and regulatory affairs within the department

- Oversee the overall clinical strategy, planning, and execution across all therapeutic areas

- Exercise leadership and direction for projects in terms of current development trends and regulations

- Provide consultation for new modality and clinical insight to promote business development

[Qualifications]

- Physician with residency-level or higher clinical training

- [Senior MD]  A minimum of 7 years of post-residency experience in clinical development and clinical trials

-[Junior MDA] A minimum of 3 years of post-residency experience in clinical development and clinical trials

- Knowledge of applicable regulation and guidelines pertaining to clinical research

- Skills in providing consultation and advice on multiple assignements required, as well as initiative and flexibility

- Good command of spoken and written English

[Preferred Qualifications]

- Experience as a key member in global clinical trial projects

- Clinical development experience in the pharmaceutical company
