[Requirement]

- Minimum 10 years’ experience in clinical research.

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in international project management;

- Bachelor's or higher degree in medical, pharmacy, Health, clinical, biological, or related field required.

- Requires broad management knowledge to lead teams.

- Proven leadership skills.

- Strong quality management skills.

- Strong timeline management skills.

- Deep understanding of financial aspects of CRO Service Contract. Quickly understands how operational changes impact the project budget

  and is able to influence these changes in line with the company's interests.

- Ability to estimate resources required in projects and establish resource plans.

- Advanced knowledge of clinical trials and regulatory processes

- Ability to perform risk assessment and establish risk management plans

- Knowledge of fundamental business processes and experience in supporting bid defense meetings.

- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.

- Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to delegate and monitor quality of outputs.

- Outstanding negotiation, decision-making and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent interpersonal skills.

- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.

- Ability to train coworkers

- Ready to manage intercontinental travel (to Europe) 4 times a year.
