Assist in the effective provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of system hardware and related infrastructure

3-5 years of experience in a similar job role
Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or equivalent professional training as well as proven relevant professional experience in the required area of responsibility.
Experience with tasks from the project environment
Sound know-how in the operation and management of on-prem infrastructures
Certifications such as VCP/VCAP, preferably also ITIL
Willingness for occasional business trips to other locations
Reliability, ability to work in a team and high customer orientation paired with an independent way of working
Very good communication skills in English
Ensuring high availability operations, including incident / problem management and troubleshooting (3rd level support)
Optimization as well as implementation of latest technologies, reporting and monitoring
Operation of the company-wide virtual infrastructure based on VMware vSphere
Processing of 3rd level requests and incident reports
Continuous contribution to performance improvement of the Data Center infrastructure
Assistance and support in the development and maintenance of technical documentation and user manuals
