포지션명 : Nephrology & Rare Disease Team Manager

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

·         Responsible for commercial team promoting 2 nephrology and 1 rare disease brands

·         Lead commercial team including 2 PMs and 1 sales manager (nationwide 9 sales reps)

·         Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives to accelerate growth of brands

·         Set the financial targets and ensure to meet the target/budget through performance monitoring with key metrics

·         Collaborate with Korea and overseas partner aligned with global strategy

·         Build and maintain profitable partnership with internal/external stakeholders for brands success

·         Support market access team to expand brand reimbursement scope

·         Enhance commercial teams’ capability and competency

·         Report to Franchise Head

 

 

JOB-HOLDER REQUIREMENTS

·         +10 yrs sales & marketing experience required

·         People management experience required

·         Product launch experience preferred

·         Productive communication skills (Korean and English) required

·         Solid financial sense required

·         Proven project management skill (in the planning and implementation of promotional programs) required

·         Ability to foster and manage productive biz relationship with internal/external stakeholders
