KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1)     Marketing planning & execution

- Lead strategic development & market planning for brand

- Take an ownership of specific brand performance measures

- Perform developmental project based on analysis of primary and secondary data

- Conduct various functions such as Partner Company, medical and legal mark-ups, material development, and field force communication, all essential to the day to day operation of the brand

- Regular communication with Partner Company to share long-term and short-term business plan

 

2)     Key customer management

- Establish speakers and MTLs group and keen relationship

- Provide physicians with updated highly scientific information on product & disease

- Shape physicians’ view on nephrology and rare disease, find unmet customer needs, and establish need for product

 

3)     Scientific program support

-Develop key speakers to become strong advocates for the product & therapeutic class

-Lead scientific initiative to communicate with customers as a reliable partner

-Search & provide updated articles on the product and develop key messages

-Deliver MR product training

 

 

JOB-HOLDER REQUIREMENTS

l  +3 sales & marketing experience (Rare disease & nephrology business experience preferred)

l  Product launch experience preferred

l  High level communication skills

l  Result orientation (ability to deliver on time and within budget)

l  Proven project management skill (in the planning and implementation of promotional programs)

l  Pro-activity and willingness to initiative

l  Ability to foster and manage productive biz relationship with external stakeholders

l  Collaboration and teamwork

l  Ability to communicate with Partner company in English
