Job Description:



Develops short-mid-long term product strategy, plans new product launching and support new product development through finding out market opportunity



Achieve annual financial goals:

• Actively manage Basic / WM / BFW products to achieve and exceed annual sales and profitability of product portfolio

Develop and execute multi-year product strategies and support execution plans:

• Develop and implement an actionable strategy and plans in support of the broader corporate and marketing strategy

• Develop and execute brand positioning/claims to effectively compete in the market

• Keenly sense competitors’ moves and product trend

• Execute Integrated marketing communication to support the product, including:

• advertising, all types of available media, promotion, packaging, PR, online/offline events, and business tools

• Lead development of all catalog materials including brochures and leaflets

• Draw strategic product pricing and long-term price management

• Manage extensive collaboration with cross-functional areas including Tech Reg, R&D, Sales, IT and ANA planning

Develop product marketing plans and promotion plans that are market competitive and consumers prefer

• Lead consumer friendly product/packaging innovation

• Ensure a balanced, consistent innovation for product launch and promotion

• Articulate product strategy based on market trend, competitive landscape, consumer insight

• Develop innovative but business relevant promotion plans that not only support ABO business but boost Nutrilite sales

• Design business tools including device and promotion items for maximizing launch and promotion effect

Support New Product Development providing inputs of concept, market research and competitive studies

•Actively get involved in new product development co-working with the ADA counterpart

•Seek for local market needs & trends and communicate with counterparts in ADA

•Lead the market research and competitive analysis

Lead the communication with HQ and other affiliates

•Lead the extensive collaboration with brand managers, product managers and marketers in ADA

•Share and exchange valuable market/product/promotion/project information with other affiliate counterparts



Requirement



• Good knowledge of the principles and practices of multiple marketing functions

• Good knowledge of Multi-Level Sales Channels and Amway product lines

• Good Knowledge of HFF market and industry

• Strong human relations and interpersonal communications skills

• Strong oral and written communications skills with internal and external customers

• Proficient at English in both written and speaking



Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Related Experience:

• Major in Food science, Food Nutrition, Business administration, and Marketing preferred

• Proficient in MS office and English. At least 5 years or more Health Food Marketing working experience preferred

• Marketing or food related certificate or higher education preferred
