Primary Responsibilities

 Create stable and long-term business environment by investigating and implementing appropriate measures for violations of ABO Rules of Conduct and relevant regulations.

 Reduce potential risk through proactive review and corrective action against misleading ABO claims on various social channels.

 Providing accurate advice and counsel to ABO leaders regarding Amway Rules of Conduct and policies

 Protect ABO business environment by Analyzing business data to figure out and cease improper business behaviors

 Manage of BCR@CMP (a Global tool to record BCR violations and administrative tasks) and draw up regular report monthly and quarterly basis.

 Perform daily review and feedback for various ABO related projects to prevent further violations.

 Develop and prepare guidelines and promotional materials to enhance rules compliance of ABOs.

 Support Global BCR initiatives such as Quality Assurance Standards, International Sponsoring Policies and Amway Promise.

 Review of Multiple Business registration and change.

 Other job duties as assigned



Requirements

- Fluent English in verbal and writing for communication with Center Rules and Global project team in Ada and other affiliates.

- Flexible, sincere and responsible attitude to execute investigation and sanction on Rules violation cases.

- Communication skill to listen to the ABO’s position and provide an accurate guide under any circumstances

- Strategic thinking: ability to think strategically and figure out the main point of the issues.

- Managing multiple priorities: ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects and tasks.

- Relationship management: ability to develop and maintain effective and productive relationships including ability to influence, negotiate and manage conflicts and complaints effectively with ABOs.

- Knowledge of business: knowledge of Amway business and Sales Plan to cope with ABO inquiries and analyze business impacts.

- Consulting: ability to effectively provide correct guidance to ABOs regarding business rules and relevant regulations.

- Critical thinking: ability to formulate conclusions and recommendations based on fact and data, business analysis to draw out impartial and rational judgement.

- Capacity to undertake tasks that may be urgently assigned

- MS Office capability for effective research and report.
