Job scope Clinical Project Lead (CPL) for Phase 1 oncology study
Education & Experiences

Bachelor’s level degree in Life Science, Pharmacy or Nursing, at minimum
5 or more years’ experiences in Clinical Operation (Pharmaceutical company, Biotech or CRO)


Preferences

2 or more year’s experiences in Clinical Project Management
Experiences in CRO management (as a clinical project manager, not an operation manager)
Experiences in Oncology Clinical Trials
Experiences in early phase clinical trials
Indepth knowledge of drug development process from drug discovery to NDA
Strategic thinking to set & execute the project plan, solve the problem and mitigate the risk
Professional presentation & communication skills
Fluent in English
