JOB TITLE:  IT Project Manager

WORK LOCATION: Songdo, South Korea


Job Summary:

The IT Project Manager in Songdo will be responsible for implementing and developing  IT infrastructures in Songdo to make up to dated manufacturing, multifunctional facility. It includes coordinating and controlling various IT/OT tasks related to project planning, monitoring project progress, and ensuring successful project delivery.




Responsibilities & Tasks:

Coordinate project timelines and adjust objectives based on directives from business partners and Solution Architects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project timelines, budget, and resource requirements.
Implement Sartorius IT infrastructure not only hardware but also softwares (SAP S4/HANA, MES PAS-X, CMMS, LIMS, QMS) in Songdo facility.
Prepare progress reports on project status for upper management, providing clear and concise updates.
Provide guidance and direction to employees as needed, addressing their questions and managing their expectations.
Identify and manage project risks, promptly alerting the project manager about any impending issues.
Follow up on open items and track issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Track and coordinate TT sourcing orders to support project needs.
Carry out project administration tasks, including task planning, budget tracking, and progress reporting.
Apply best practices for project management, ensuring efficient and effective project execution.
Demonstrate superb organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in all project-related activities.
Communicate clearly and concisely with diverse audiences, both orally and in written form, and be receptive to feedback.



Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:


Bachelor degree or above in relevant field

Experiences:


More than 10 years of relevant work experience is preferred
Experiences in working with both Korean traditional company and MNC will be ideal
Experience in executing the role of project management

Specialized Knowledge & Skills:


Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, development.
Familiarity with project management methodologies.

Language:


Good command in both English & Korean
