Develop the overall sales & marketing strategy plan for overseas business (EU & RoW)
Plan and manage overseas sales through direct customers, distributors and other relevant sales outlets
Coaching, mentoring and people management of global sales & marketing team members
직무책임
1. Sales & marketing responsibility for overseas market of company
; Responsible for managing sales, AR(account receivable), business partners and achieving financial objectives for assigned products(Injectable dermal fillers & others) with regional sales manager(Overseas Sales Rep)
; Forecast sales and report the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales achievement
; Execute leadership the development and implementation of strategic sales plans
; Develop and review the territory business plan which identify opportunities within current customer base and help formulate sales strategies in conjunction with CMO(Chief Marketing Officer)
; Support and provide necessary supports including trainings to customers within region(EU & RoW) to achieve team goals and targets
; Be in charge of sales & marketing strategy, program planning and implementation
2. Manage export accounts and partners
; Manage export accounts to achieve sales targets, liaising closely with CMO(Chief Marketing Officer), to develop and maximise all sales opportunities
; Identify potential partners / distributors / countries for export opportunities
3. People and team Management
; Coach, mentor and develop staff, including new team members onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities
4. Ethics & Compliance
; Familiarize and comply the company’s policies and E&C Guideline during sales and marketing activities
; Manage the movement of products in and out of the country in accordance with company’s policy and procedure, and to comply with relevant local, country and international law and process
